If you suffer from any health complaints, please mention these when making the appointment for your treatment or application. We are also happy to consult you on an individual basis. At your first visit, you will be requested to fill out a spa consultation form. The information you provide will be stored in your guest account to enable us to ensure your well-being on each of your following visits with us.
We recommend that you arrive approximately fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to have a moment to relax and get centered before you enjoy your treatment. If you arrive later than your scheduled appointment time, your treatment will be cut short. Should you be more than 20 minutes late, we will unfortunately no longer be able to carry out your treatment, and you will be charged in full.
You may cancel your treatment up to seven days ahead of time, you will be charged 10% of your booking total as refund processing fees. A 50% charge will apply for cancellations made less than seven days ahead of treatment date. Cancellations made less than 3 days will be charged in full. If you fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment you will be charged in full. If you cancel any of the spa packages for any reasons, the price of the whole package will be charged in full amount.
Appropriate dress (e.g. t-shirt, sport pants, sport shoes) is required in the gym. For all kinds of spa treatments you are kindly requested to wear your Bikini or Swimsuit. The sauna area is a NOT a clothing-free zone.For hygienic reasons we kindly ask you to use a towel to sit on. We kindly request you to leave jewellery or any other valuables at the safe box in your guest room.
Please Note: Planet Spa is a place of peace and relaxation. Please honor this by turning your cell phone off in the spa. Smoking is not permitted.
The Customer is aware that his personal data may be collected on the Website and used by Planet Spa, acting according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, (hereinafter referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation).
Planet Spa undertakes to protect and ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data of its Customers, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, taking the necessary precautions to prevent them from being deformed, damaged or unauthorized third parties from having access to them. In particular, the personal data of Clients may be transmitted to suppliers and contract partners who, as subcontractors under the General Data Protection Regulation, participate and contribute directly to the management of Orders and for which it is absolutely necessary to have access to data personal information provided by the Customer when purchasing the service (identity, telephone number, address, e-mail address). Subcontractors can only act on the disposal of Planet Spa.
Customers' personal data are collected for the following purposes:
the management of orders and customer relations;
the communication to customers of offers and commercial information related to the brand;
the optimization and consolidation of the communication of the Website and of the brand by sending, in particular, newsletters and special offers according to the Customer's preferences found on the Website;
improvement and customization of services offered to customers;
compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
The Customer's personal data are kept only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes set out above. Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose the use of his personal data.
To exercise one or more Rights, the Customer must send a request by e-mail to the Planet Spa Customer Service, by writing to the following address: email@example.com, indicating his name, surname, e-mail address.
